Personnel

The Personnel module underpins ROAM by managing workforce qualifications, roles, responsibilities, and safety compliance. It ensures the right people are assigned and approved for work, with full visibility of competencies, certifications, and experience across all workflows.

Tasks

The Tasks module is ROAM’s execution engine, managing all work from planning and assignment through approval and closure. It ensures tasks are safe, traceable, permit-linked, and visible in real time, providing accountability and efficiency while connecting all ROAM modules.

Project Configuration

The Project Configuration module defines how ROAM operates at project level, providing a single control centre for tasks, permits, safety rules, assets, roles, workflows, templates, KPIs, and thresholds. It ensures every project is configured to meet site specific safety requirements, organisational policies, and operational constraints.

Assets

The Assets module manages all major assets across a site or operational environment, providing a structured, centralised asset register with full visibility of condition, history, and defects. It links assets to tasks, permits, and tickets, supports maintenance and preventative planning, and enables accurate reporting, ensuring all work in ROAM is clearly tied to the assets it applies to.

Permitting

The Permitting module controls and authorises all hazardous or regulated work, ensuring activities are properly planned, risk assessed, approved, and safe to begin. By verifying conditions such as weather and competency and providing full auditability, it acts as ROAM’s primary safety barrier, with no task able to proceed without an active, approved permit.

Tickets

The Ticket module provides a single entry point for capturing and managing operational issues, defects, and observations. It enables structured resolution, links issues to tasks, permits, assets, and personnel, and ensures corrective actions are tracked through to closure, supporting ongoing compliance and quality improvement.

Activity

The Activity module provides a real time operational view of all work across a project, bringing together tasks in progress, permitted work, personnel activity, conditions, and milestones. It gives supervisors, project managers, and stakeholders clear visibility of what is happening now, what has occurred, and what is planned next.

Reporting

The Reporting module delivers clear, actionable insight into safety, productivity, quality, workforce, asset performance, and weather. It provides real time visibility, supports data driven decisions, tracks KPIs across all modules, and produces client ready reports, helping identify trends, risks, and operational inefficiencies.

DMS

The Document Management System (DMS) centralises and controls all documents, procedures, templates, and records, ensuring they are approved, version controlled, auditable, and linked directly to work. By guaranteeing that only the latest, correct documents are used, it reduces risk, prevents compliance issues, and supports safe, consistent operations both online and offline.

QHSE

The QHSE module manages all quality, health, safety, and environmental reporting and compliance activities. It captures incidents and hazards, supports investigations and corrective actions, enables inspections and audits, and feeds performance data into reporting, ensuring all issues are fully controlled, traceable, and resolved to drive continuous improvement.

Inspections

The Inspection module enables teams to carry out structured digital inspections using standard templates and automatically capture results, evidence, scores, and corrective actions. By integrating inspections with documents, assets, QHSE, tickets, and reporting, it ensures findings are fully traceable, corrective workflows are triggered immediately, and inspection performance is clearly visible across sites.

Weather + Workability

The Weather and Workability module delivers real time, forecast, and historical weather intelligence to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. By integrating weather data with permits and tasks, it enables informed planning, workability forecasting, automatic work controls, and productivity insight, turning weather information into practical operational decision making.
